Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all clients, services, promotions, gift cards, packages, and transactions at Absolute Bliss Health & Beauty, located at 168 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931. By booking, purchasing, or attending any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via our online system, phone, or in person. Walk‑ins may be accommodated but cannot guarantee availability or promotional offers. Clients are requested to arrive 5 minutes early to allow preparation time.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. No‑shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) forfeit of any booking fees, promotions or credits.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of service. Gift cards, service credits, and packages must also be redeemed at time of payment.

5. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers (e.g. birthday discount, introductory specials) have specific eligibility criteria, expiry dates, and usage limits.

  • Offers are one-time use only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty points, referral credits, or packages.

    • e.g. birthday discount: one per calendar year, during birthday month, minimum spend, ID required.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Eligible Services & Restrictions

Offers apply only to full‑priced treatments, such as facials, lash lifts, brow lamination, injectables, etc. Excluded items typically include retail products, gift vouchers, membership fees, packages or introductory bundles, unless explicitly stated.

7. Refer‑a‑Friend & Loyalty Card Credits

Credits earned from our referral program (e.g. $25 credit when referring a new client or loyalty card) can be used toward future services only. No limit to number of referrals, but credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Consent, Health, & Safety

Clients undergoing treatments must complete a pre-treatment consultation and disclose relevant medical history. We follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Absolute Bliss maintains professional training standards in all cosmetic and beauty procedures.

9. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are valid for services and products only, not redeemable for cash. Value is lost if card is damaged or missing. Packages or multi-session bookings must be used within specified time frames; unused sessions may expire or lose promotional discounts.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information (e.g. contact details, DOB for birthday offers) is collected solely for service delivery and eligibility verification. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond operational requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Absolute Bliss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees of outcomes beyond what is reasonably described during consultation.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, service descriptions, and marketing materials are owned by Absolute Bliss and protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use or reproduction of our intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use of services or promotions constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
