MelanoPro Peel System
A clinical-strength depigmentation treatment designed to target dark spots and uneven skin tone for a clearer, more even complexion. The two-phase system combines an in-clinic Intensive Peeling Masque with a prescribed at-home skincare program to support visible results in under 6 weeks.
The first phase is performed in clinic, where the Intensive Peeling Masque is applied for 45 minutes before you return home with instructions for removal. The second phase continues at home with prescribed products, including Continuous Resurfacing Cream and UltraCalming Mist, to support the skin renewal process and maintain results.

For added support during your MelanoPro journey, Infrared LED Therapy can be introduced from week three. This gentle treatment helps promote skin recovery, calm inflammation and support a healthy skin renewal process.
Once your MelanoPro program is complete, ongoing treatments such as Calm & Hydrate Peels can help maintain your brighter, more even-looking complexion. Skin Needling may also be recommended if improving skin texture is a priority.
MelanoPro can be repeated when appropriate, with a minimum six-month interval between programs.
Depending on your skin’s needs, your therapist may recommend specific professional treatments and homecare products to complement your results.
-
To ensure your skin is in the best possible condition before starting MelanoPro, please follow these guidelines:
Allow 2–4 weeks between cosmetic injectable treatments and your MelanoPro appointment.
Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 14 days beforehand.
Do not wax or use depilatory creams for 14 days prior to treatment.
Avoid laser and other professional skin treatments for at least 14 days beforehand.
Stop using exfoliants, acids, retinol and Vitamin A products 7 days before your treatment.
MelanoPro is an advanced peel system containing active ingredients, so your skin should be accustomed to hydroxy acids and retinol before beginning the program.
-
Following your MelanoPro treatment, it is important to keep your skin calm and protected while the resurfacing process takes place.
General care
Avoid direct heat and very hot showers for the first 1–2 days.
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, spas and steam rooms for 5 days.
Makeup can be applied once any redness from the peel has settled.
Do not pick, scratch or manually remove any peeling skin. Allow it to shed naturally.
Avoid direct sun exposure throughout the 6-week homecare program and apply SPF 50+ daily.
Days 1–2
After removing the masque, use Dermalogica UltraCalming Mist only. Apply as often as needed if the skin feels tight, warm or uncomfortable.Days 3–4
Begin Continuous Resurfacing Cream, applying a pea-sized amount morning and evening. Avoid the eye area. A mild stimulating sensation can occur initially and should settle within 15–20 minutes. If it persists, contact the clinic for advice.Day 5 onwards
Increase Continuous Resurfacing Cream to up to three times daily for up to 6 weeks, or until the product is finished. Continue using UltraCalming Mist whenever needed for comfort.During the 6-week program, use a gentle cleanser and avoid AHAs, BHAs, enzymes, exfoliants and retinol. Do not have other treatments performed on the treated area during this time.
From week 3, Yellow LED Therapy may be introduced to support the skin during the recovery and renewal process.
